Marco holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial Product Design and a MSc in Product Service System Design (PSSD) from the Politecnico di Milano, with a thesis on indicators for evaluating and improving the service design inclusivity in healthcare services. During his educational path, he had the opportunity to attend the Fachhochschule in Salzburg, Austria.
Before joining ICONS, he worked as a UX Product Researcher for a company in Milan, gaining experience in UX research regarding digital services.
Marco joined ICONS in 2024 as Social innovation junior officer.
