Francesco Noera

Francesco holds a Bachelor degree in Anthropology from the University of Bologna, an MSc in Science and Technology Studies from the University of Edinburgh (UK), and a postgraduate diploma in Service Design from the Politecnico di Milano. Before joining ICONS, Francesco worked in innovation consultancy, with a focus on startups and research spin-offs. He has experience in scouting innovative solutions, qualitative research and design methods.
Francesco joined ICONS in 2023 as Social innovation junior officer; he works on designing engagement and co-design strategies, organising workshops, and defining impact evaluation metrics.
