Alessandra has more than 20 years’ professional experience based on a solid semiotic background and a deep knowledge of key qualitative research methods, both digital and face to face: moderation and facilitation of group discussions and workshops, online communities and blogs, interviews, ethnographic approach and website user experience. She has conducted and coordinated several multi-country projects, mostly communication studies, needs segmentation & persona development and audits. At ICONS she is a senior business analyst, focusing on the design and development of research methodologies and the analysis of results.
