María Teresa studied Mass Communication in Venezuela, earned a Master’s in Italy, and an MBA in the US. With 20+ years in communications, journalism, and PR. Starting in TV, she later worked as a communicator and consultant in various industries, including, raw materials, design, food processing, automotive, and medical devices. In the US, she completed a project at NBC Universal/Telemundo, joined the World Health Organization, and contributed to a World Health Assembly publication. She was also Project Manager and Science Communicator for three Horizon 2020 projects on sustainability.
