Cesar Giovanni holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Pisa, and has extensive experience in the field of digital communications. His research focused on online political communication, influencing both his academic and professional pursuits. Cesar’s expertise includes developing communication plans, designing visual branding, managing online content, and crafting web solutions for various organizations.
Throughout his career, Cesar has contributed to the digital communications efforts of several academic institutions and research organizations, showcasing his ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.
Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, Cesar has the skills to develop communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences. In December 2023, he joined ICONS Innovation Strategies, where he now oversees the communication and dissemination strategies for Horizon Europe projects and liaises with project consortia.
