Federica holds a Master Degree in Applied Foreign Languages for International Management from the Catholic University of Sacred Heart of Milan, and has a fluent knowledge of English and German.
She has a professional background in internal and external communication in various fields (healthcare, urban regeneration, innovation, energy, sustainability) in both private and public environments. She collected international experience in European cooperation and project management thanks to study and work periods in Germany.
She joined ICONS in 2023 as a Junior communication officer.
