Federico La Torre graduated in Sociology from Università degli Studi Milano-Bicocca in 2014, building on a strong interest in social and cultural policies developed during his earlier studies in Political Science and International Studies at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Before entering the field of EU-funded projects, he gained hands-on experience in communication, with a focus on social media and event management.
Since 2019 he has contributed to several European initiatives, ranging from support for professional communities to the promotion of sustainable cities and circular economy models. Prior to joining ICONS in 2025, he deepened his expertise in enterprise creation by supporting aspiring entrepreneurs, innovative startups and SMEs at the Business Innovation Center in Genoa. His passion for creative, hands-on work complements his strategic communication skills and is reflected in his involvement in music, multimedia and carpentry production, gamification projects and roleplaying game design.
