Costanza holds a LL.B. from Durham University, a LL.M. in Human Rights Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a bachelor’s degree in Literature and Linguistics from Milan’s Università Statale. Before joining ICONS as Communication and Dissemination Officer in August 2024, she has long been working in Comms for the non-profit sector: at EMERGENCY NGO she oversaw press and education activities; at the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) in Vienna, she helped managing and coordinating the Fundamental Rights Report. She also gained experience as PR and Media Consultant on a freelance basis.
