Giada holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a MSc in Sociology and Social Research both from the university of Trento. Her studies comprehended social research, social design, and social innovation, while her master’s thesis focuses on Pro Locos and their definitions as voluntary associations. She has experience on qualitative research having worked for an organisation in Trentino as research assistant, carrying on interviews and analysing them in team.
Giada is also active in her private life as board councillor of her hometown’s Pro Loco, and as founder and secretary of a youth association. Thanks to these experiences, she developed strong group management and mediation skills, as well as communication skills.
She joined ICONS in 2025.
