About the Project
SoDa addressed needs of users (e.g. in agriculture, the construction industry and research) for quality information on solar radiation parameters by applying a user-driven methodology.
A prototype service was developed by integrating and exploiting diverse networked information sources to supply value-added information to a selected number of fields.
Pioneering the information system for solar radiation. The commercial service built on ICONS advise is still active and successful.
Our role
We led dissemination activities and developed an exploitation strategy and business plan for the SoDa service, which is still in use.
