About the Project

SKIN was an ambitious initiative of 20 partners in 14 countries in the area of Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs) and it represented the EIP Agri Thematic Network on Short Food Supply Chain.

The project was focused in bringing knowledge to a large community of stakeholders and practitioners, promote collaboration within a demand-driven innovation logic and provide inputs to policymaking, based on the identification of good practices in short supply chains across Europe.

Tens of stories about local farmers brought clarity on key concepts related to short food supply chain through a broad multimedia and storytelling strategy.
