About the Project
3ENCULT bridged the gap between conservation of historic buildings and climate protection.
Based on the assumption that historic buildings will only survive if maintained as living spaces, 3ENCULT demonstrated the feasibility of “Factor 4” to “Factor 10” reduction in energy demand, depending on the case and the heritage value.
Our role
We released and distributed two TV reportages on conservation and energy efficient retrofit solutions that are applicable to European built heritage in urban areas, based on the 3ENCULT project outcomes.
