Eleonora brings over 15 years of expertise in managing funded research projects, EU and non‑EU, featuring diverse scopes and complexity levels. She worked at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) in Genoa within the Projects Office of the Research Organization Directorate. There, she played a central role in project lifecycle management, defining work plans, coordinating multi‑partner teams, and supervising budget tracking to meet EU funding compliance.
Early in her career, Eleonora obtained Project Management certifications and focused on quality management systems, helping organizations improve regulatory compliance and process efficiency.
