After studying business and foreign languages at his school, Serena went on to study at the Faculty of Statistics and Economics (SSE) at Bicocca University in Milan. Here she discovered her passion for numbers applied to economic forecasting, while deepening her knowledge of mathematics and economics. She joined ICONS in 2018 and currently covers the role of Data analysis officer, working on data analysis and impact and measurement activities. She also supports the team in market research, business analysis, development and management of exploitation plans.
