With a degree in Sociology – Tourism and Local Community Sciences from the University of Milan Bicocca, Gloria began her career in administration, later moving on to roles more focused on Human Resources.
After successfully completing a Master degree in HR Specialist offered by 24 Ore Business School, she held positions as an HR Assistant and Training Specialist, primarily responsible for the selection and onboarding of new employees, assisting employees with all matters relating to their employment with the company, and arranging health and safety training courses.
