ICONS is part of the consortium, led by Prospex bvba, providing consultancy services and studies to European agencies in designing and implementing communication and engagement strategies to support their corporate and activity-level objectives.
We provides expertise and support on stakeholder identification, mapping and analysis (including key stakeholders, influencers and multipliers), persona development and stakeholder profiling, advice on and organisation of stakeholder activities and events, online and offline stakeholder engagement and consultation, assessment and measurement of effectiveness and impact of communication activities, opinion and perception measurement, production of impact assessment reports for specific communication campaigns, training on communication and engagement strategies, impact measurement.
Services have been provided to ETF, EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), EIOPA (European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority) and EBA (European Banking Authority).
