About the project
eNeuron develops innovative tools for the optimal design and operation of local energy communities (LECs) integrating distributed energy resources and multiple energy carriers at different scales.
Different actors are involved in the Energy Hub concept, as a conceptual model for controlling and managing multi-carrier and integrated energy systems in order to optimize their architecture and operation. Pilot sites are located in Poland, Italy, Portugal, Norway.
Our role
We are leading communication, dissemination, exploitation activities.
ICONS is also deeply involved in social innovation activities, end-users’ engagement and assessment of social impacts.
