About the Project
EMPOWER designs and implements activities fostering the artistic excellence of young talented musicians from 20 CREA countries and delivering high-quality planning of the artistic activities of Theresia Orchestra.
The aim is to support the capacity building and professionalization of young highly talented musicians, providing them with high standards career’s development paths through recruitment, training and performance opportunities.
Our role
We are the coordinator and unique beneficiary of the project.
ICONS is responsible for the implementation of all the work packages: Project Management, Pan-European Selection Process, Artistic and Cultural Expression, Capacity Building, Sustainable Mobility, Ambassador Program and Audience Development, Integrated Communication.
