Mathilde’s expertise lies in supporting the transition of innovative solutions from research to real-world deployment.
Within EU research and innovation projects, she focuses on exploitation strategies, technology transfer, business modelling, and replication frameworks that enable long-term impact beyond the project lifecycle.
She holds an MSc in Marketing Management from EDHEC Business School. Before joining ICONS in 2023, her professional experience focused on market intelligence and business strategy in emerging economies.
