Charlotte Michi is Chief Programme Officer at ICONS, where she plays a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s overall strategy by governing complex, high‑impact programmes. She oversees the full project portfolio, including European projects, ICONS’ commercial projects, and the Booster initiative, ensuring their strategic coherence, sustainability, and long‑term value. In her role, she coordinates the PMO function, leads the efficient allocation and management of project resources, and works closely with the other units to translate strategic priorities into high‑quality delivery. As the reference point for ICONS’ digital infrastructure, she ensures that programmes are supported by scalable and coherent digital systems, enabling performance monitoring, quality assurance and timely execution. Her work focuses on maximising programme impact by aligning organisational priorities, project opportunities and operational capacity, while ensuring excellence in quality, timelines and results. Throughout her career, she has held senior roles, including PMO Director, Digital Innovation Director, Project Manager, and Communication Manager, developing a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges strategy, execution, and innovation. Charlotte holds a degree in Physics from the University of Milan and a degree in Classical Piano from the Music Conservatory of Piacenza, a combination that reflects both strong analytical rigour and a structured, creative approach to complex systems and programme orchestration.
