Giulio is an experiences science communicator and writer, with a solid scientific academic background. He obtained a PhD in Physics and worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics in Hannover (Germany), carrying out research projects as part of the LIGO Scientific Collaboration. He then switched to science communication and at studied this subject at La Sapienza University in Rome and at the University of the West of England in Bristol. At ICONS, Giulio spent several years as a communication manager for EU-funded projects and is now contributing as a Social Media and Video Making Officer.
