Serena Balbo

Officer
Serena holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and Culture and a master’s degree in Digital Communication – both attained at the University of Pavia. She joined ICONS in 2023, after a three-year experience in a start-up supported by the European Space Agency and operating with satellite-derived data. During this period, Serena had the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the planning and application of multiple digital marketing strategies.
At ICONS, Serena holds the position of Digital strategies officer, and she manages and implements multi-platform social media strategies for several EU-funded projects.
