Stéphane Jedrzejczak is an independent consultant, trainer, researcher, and university lecturer working at the intersection of business innovation, sustainability, circular and regenerative economy, and resilient socio-economic systems. He holds a PhD in Management, Finance and Law for Business, with research focused on sustainable business models and entrepreneurship. With professional experience across Europe, Africa, and Asia, he has collaborated with international organizations such as the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), designing and delivering capacity-building programmes on sustainability and innovation for international development. He has held teaching and research appointments at several universities, bridging academic research with practice-oriented consulting and education. In Italy, his work has focused on local and regional development, applying systems analysis, strategic foresight, and participatory approaches to support territorial strategies, place-based innovation, and sustainable transitions. At ICONS, he contributes to European funded projects through the development of innovative business models and exploitation strategies that strengthen the long-term viability and impact of research and innovation initiatives.
