Roberta is an innovation expert, with consolidated professional experience in the development and management of innovation programs in several industries, with a focus on the energy transition field. She holds a Master in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University. In her professional experience, she applied innovation management in different contexts, but mainly within corporates, working on the definition of innovation strategy, the implementation of innovation projects and the development of new business models propositions. She has additional experience in the startup ecosystem, supporting aspiring entrepreneurs in developing their innovative solutions, and in venture capital. In ICONS, she has the role of Business Innovation Officer, supporting the definition of exploitation strategies and innovation management for research projects.
