Silvia is an experienced strategy and business innovation consultant with a strong background in market analysis, business planning and financial modeling, as well as project management. She holds a Master in International Business from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, with an exchange experience at the University of Warwick. After her studies, Silvia joined a renowned consulting firm within the strategy department, where she specialized in business plan development, commercial due diligence, and growth strategies development, supporting projects across multiple industries, yet with a focus on Energy and Private Equity. With a proven track record in managing complex projects, stakeholders’ engagement, and financial assessments, Silvia combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking to drive impactful business solutions. In 2025, she joined ICONS, within the Business Innovation Unit, focusing on exploitation strategies and dissemination activities for several EU-funded projects.
