Antonio holds a degree in political sciences and economics from the Catholic University of Milan. He has more than thirty years of practical experience in the HR departments in both national and international companies, governing the Human Resources Department in Italy, in European countries and then globally. He has gained experiences in the fields of Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Consulting, Automotive and Electrical. In ICONS, he is Human resources senior officer, focusing mainly on HR Strategies, Engagement, Recruiting and People Development.
