In January 2000 iCons became one of the advisors of the European Parliament as it was appointed to carry out the study on “Digital technology evolution and its impact on the EU entertainment and media sector” for the European Parliament (STOA): the study analyses market and regulatory impacts of digital technologies on the new media industry to formulate policy and regulatory options for the European Parliament (2000). This nomination was an award for the long-running experience of iCons partners and associates in the realisation of market studies at Italian and international level.
