A comprehensive set of the most recent data in value and quantity, relying on Eurostat data, integrated with national statistic sources, providing short and long-term variations and capturing trends.

Observatory on the Italian market for contract manufacturing in the pharmaceutical sector
The iCons Observatory on the Italian market for contract manufacturing in the pharmaceutical sector has pioneered market assessment and forecast in this sector, by providing a detailed picture of the domestic market both on the supply and on the demand side. 50 suppliers active as contract manufacturers, 40 clients and 10 service organisations active in the pharma sectors have been analysed. The 2005 edition included an analysis of the scenario for Italian SMEs on the international market, especially carried out for Farmindustria, the Italian industry association, (2004 and 2005). Customer satisfaction. Since 2003, iCons has carried out extensive activity of customer satisfaction assessment. Our approach is based on a proprietary methodology (linkare presentazione). We have supported customers from the pharma, construction, tiles, chemicals, food, mechanical, cosmetics, appliances, ICT services sectors.

Observatory on parapharmaceutical products. A multiclient research about consumers’ buying behaviour as for parapharma products in community pharmacies (linkare presentazione) within various target groups (2005).
