Mario Martinoli, 45, is the founder and Managing Director of iCons. He holds a degree in electronic engineering obtained from the University of Genoa in 1993. His fields of expertise include project management, new media and internet markets, media relations. His management expertise includes the co-ordination of large media communication projects. He is the founder and current Publisher of the www.youris.com scientific news agency. Besides Italian, he is fluent in English, French and German.
Elena Gaboardi, is co-founder and partner of iCons. She obtained a degree, magna cum laude, at the Catholic University of Milan in 1984. Her activity include: project management, budget implementation and research activities in European and national projects. Since 2009 , she has been content manager of youris.com (www.youris.com). She has experience as trainer and consultant for Industry Associations, especially of SMEs, and Business Schools. Besides Italian, she is fluent in English and French.
